1. Who controls the information
The pilot is operated by Dmytro Galaktionov, an independent software seller based in Ukraine. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to galionix2@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with the pilot, we may handle:
- inquiry information such as your name, work email, business name, and website;
- account and billing information provided through our payment provider;
- business configuration such as your Google review link, website settings, and campaign preferences;
- customer contact data that a pilot business lawfully provides for a review-request campaign;
- operational records such as delivery status, review-link clicks, opt-outs, errors, and support messages.
The inquiry form on this validation website opens a prefilled email. The website itself does not store the form submission in a database.
3. How we use information
We use information only as needed to:
- assess whether the pilot is a good fit;
- set up and operate the requested review workflow;
- send review requests authorized by the pilot business;
- process payments, cancellations, and refunds;
- prevent abuse, investigate failures, and secure the service;
- meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.
4. Legal basis and customer responsibilities
We process business inquiry and contract information to respond to requests and perform the pilot agreement. A pilot business is responsible for confirming that it has a lawful basis and any required permission to contact each imported customer. Purchased lists, unsolicited mass messaging, and review manipulation are prohibited.
5. Service providers and international processing
We may use vetted providers for hosting, email delivery, messaging, payments, databases, monitoring, and support. They may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable data protection terms. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
- Raw import files are targeted for deletion within 24 hours.
- Active contact records are retained only while needed for the pilot, suppression, or legal obligations.
- Operational message events may be retained for up to 12 months.
- Application logs are targeted for deletion within 30 days.
- Account deletion is targeted for completion within 30 days, except where records must be kept by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your business. Message recipients can unsubscribe by email or use STOP for enabled SMS. Suppression records may be retained to ensure that an opt-out continues to be honored.
8. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, data minimization, and encrypted provider connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the pilot develops and will post the revised effective date here.
